Konstantina Samara

My architectural journey began when I relocated from Greece to Newcastle to study for my BA (Hons) in Architecture. After completing my degree I moved to Liverpool to gain Part I work experience at a multi-national practice, AEDAS Architects Ltd, Liverpool Office (now Abbey Holford Rowe). I chose to remain in Liverpool to study for my Diploma in Architecture at John Moores University. After that, I became a Part II Architectural Assistant at Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects.
2011 I moved to Bude in 2016 I started working as a freelance architectural designer and started my own company. Between 2018-2021 I worked at Metters and Wellbys Ltd, at Bude while I was studying the RIBA Part III course - the Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture towards my qualification as a chartered RIBA Architect.
Since 2022 I have resumed my freelance work as Chartered Architect.

We met Konstantina about 4 years ago. She admired our house. We said we loved the location and house but we had to compromise on a few things, as you do when you buy a home.
Konstantina asked what would be on our wish list.
We then spent a while thinking about it. She has now successfully guided us through a beautiful design, planning permission and building regulations. Our building works start mid-May 2018. A great personalised service, hugely recommended.
