Garden Room

For this project our brief was to convert and extend an existing garage into a one bedroom anxiliary unit with off-street parking. Our client had already thermally upgraded the garage to form a music studio so the ambition was to retain as much of the existing garage as possible to reduce costs. Due to the extension two garden sheds were lost so this invaluable storage space was reincorporated into the building and accessible from the main house.
