We met Konstantina about 4 years ago. She admired our house. We said we loved the location and house but we had to compromise on a few things - as you do when you buy a home.

Konstantina asked what would be on our wish list? 

We then spent a while thinking about it. She has now successfully guided us through a beautiful design, planning permission and building regulations. Our building works start mid-May 2018. A great personalised service, hugely recommended

KS Architectural Design and Konstantina has produced a really cutting edge design for our small Victorian terraced house.

Throughout the project she has been hands on with advice and support. Have already recommended to a good friend.
