For this project our client was in need of more bedrooms to accommodate their growing family. With only two existing bedrooms our brief was to extend at 1st floor level to create a new master bedroom with en-suite, three double bedrooms and, a family bathroom. From the master bedroom we also provided a outdoor balcony space with views out to the ocean.

At ground floor our client wanted to open up the layout by removing partition walls and turning dimly lit cell like rooms into a flexible space. Interaction between the kitchen, dining and a entertainment areas was now possible. Replacing the existing windows with glazed sliding doors offered additional natural light and access into the rear garden.
