For this project, our brief was to create 80sqm of additional accommodation at ground and 1st floors accessible from the existing house. Our client required a clearly defined informal lounge area which could interact with the kitchen and give access to the rear garden. We also designed a single storey side extension to accommodate a utility room and provide a space for boots, wetsuits, and surfboards.
At 1st floor, our client required a private 'escape' space linked to the master bedroom and a new en-suite bathroom. A place in which to unwind at the end of a busy day with views out over Widemouth Bay.
We met Konstantina about 4 years ago. She admired our house. We said we loved the location and house but we had to compromise on a few things - as you do when you buy a home.

We then spent a while thinking about it. She has now successfully guided us through a beautiful design, planning permission and building regulations. Our building works start mid-May 2018. A great personalised service, hugely recommended
